| Bio: | I coo at babies and gaussian surfaces.
I graduated with an AA from Simon's Rock College, a very small and somewhat odd liberal arts/early college in western MA, in May of 2004, and from Mount Holyoke College in May of 2007.
I was a physics major and math minor who took too many bio and computer science classes. I am primarily interested in the application of physics to problems in biology and in biomimetic robotics. Right now it seems most likely that I'll be going to graduate school for physics or biophysics or something of that sort, but I'm contemplating doing a program in mechanical engineering instead. Can you tell yet that I'll probably never be away from academia for long?
I'm a (somewhat unorthodox) feminist. Please try not to say patently stupid/overgeneralized things about feminism around me.
